Steps
We started by understanding the complex B2B hierarchies, workforce management hurdles, regional tax compliance rules, and real-time scheduling needs to define a clear product roadmap. Next, we designed a centralized web dashboard and dedicated mobile app, developed secure multi-tier permission systems, integrated automated billing and push notifications, then optimized performance through rigorous cross-platform testing and deployment.
