The Story

Steps

We started by analyzing hiring workflows, recruiter operations, vendor collaboration needs, candidate journeys, and workforce timesheet processes to define a scalable ATS architecture. Next, we designed separate role-based portals, developed automation workflows, integrated resume parsing, interview systems, onboarding modules, and payroll-ready timesheet approvals.

Disconnected Hiring Operations

Recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, vendor communication, and payroll tasks were managed across separate tools, causing delays and duplicated work.
